Terms and Conditions
1. All rates are subjected to service charge and prevailing government taxes, unless otherwise stated.
2. Surcharge may apply during peak seasons, eve of public holidays, convention & exhibition periods.
3. The management reserves the right to refuse or terminate room rental as it deem fit without prior notice.
4. The management reserves the right to review room rates as and when it deems necessary. Guests will be advised of any revision upon check-in.
5. For your convenience, all our rooms come with complimentary Wi-Fi Internet access, local phone calls, mineral water, tea, and coffee.
6. Check In & Check Out
- If your arrival is early in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room (before 2pm), we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel.
- Check-in time is 2:00 PM onwards, and checkout time is on or before 12:00 PM (noon).
- Early check-in request, between 7:00 AM and 2:00 PM, is subject to availability.
- Extension of check-out time is subject to availability.
- A full day rate shall be imposed for late check-out after 1500hrs.
- First Night Deposit Guarantee required upon reservation.
- Pre-payment is required at the time of booking for selected room packages.
- Once a reservation is booked you are allowed to modify/cancel online on your own before 48 hours prior to the arrival date with no cancellation fees. Should you wish to make full payment in advance, please contact our Central Reservation office to discuss your details.
- If there is a no-show, or cancellation of a room reservation less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date, the Hotel will impose a one night room charge for all rooms reserved.
- This policy does not apply to selected offers or room packages which are non-refundable.

- Family Room – 3 adults
- All Other Room Types – 2 adults
- Free of charge up to one child under 12 years old, staying in the parent’s or guardian’s room, and using the existing bedding. Breakfast (if available) will be chargeable.
- Children from 12 years of age and above shall be considered as an adult for the purposes of all reservation, and an extra charge of SGD30 per room per night applies. Breakfast (if available) will be chargeable.
- Extra bedding is charged at SGD50 (excludes breakfast charge).
